holaaaa!
Bueno, voy a tomar esta opurtunidad para empezar a practicar mi espanol. Me voy para Espana en 3 meses! Y no tengo lo menor idea como van hacer las clases! Etonces tengo que practicar bastante antes que me voy! Ay yay yay, esto va hacer muyyyy dificil! Pero bueno, vamos a ver..

El Espring Break (lmaoo no se como dicirlo) se me fue tan rapido! Pero lo disfrute bastante! Sali casi todo los dias, fuimos a la playa, la piscina, y la discoteca. Y la borrachera estabaa de madreee! lol, aye lo pase ricisimo con mis amigas! Me encanta estar en miami con mis amigas y familia, y ahora estoy pensando mudar me pa tras cuando me graduo. No se si vivire con mi mama o si me mudo para mi propio casa o apartamento pero quiro estar mas cerca a mis abuelos y todo el mundo. Pero, no se, vamos a ver..

Hoy es el dia de San Patrick, pero no lo puedo celebrar mucho proque tengo un examen manana :(
Pero si voy a una fiesta (block party?) lol por un ratico! Bueno hasta la proxima!

GAhhhhhhh!!!! Where do i starttt?!?!?!?! The Britney concert was amazingggg!!! And i just have to rant and rave about it because ahhhh it was soooo goood! here we go!

Okay well, before the concert we all (Erica, Gail, Romi, Meli, Stephie, Cristinita, and Luly) met up at Veronica's apartment in Brickell, which has an awesome view of downtown miami, after eating some pizza and getting pretty tipsy we walk right down to the Metro and rode it to the arena, which is super close. I shouldnt have worn my brand new Michael Kors heels but they were just so cute! my feet hate me today, but yeah we walked so much! So we got there right on time to watch the Pussycat Dolls perform. They did a really good job! I loved their costumes and the main one , Nicole has an awesome voice. We had amazing seats too! only 16 rows up from the stage it was like woah so close! Anyway after that there was a 30 min break of excitementttt. Yeah i know im soooo lame but whatever we were all dyingggg of excitementtt! So then it started...

The show was in the round, duh, like a circus. And it started with a huge round screen with the intro video. It was really neat, Perez Hilton, my fave, (which we saw him run up the stairs after the show! he was in our section!) was the ring leader or some sort of weird woman/ circus person lol idk it was weird but it was so coooooll! SO then out came britney and i swear, none of us have voices today! We were screaming sooo loud! she was soo close to us! She did such a good job, she obviously didnt sing live because she was non stop hardcore dancing. There was so much going on, acrobats, magicians, fire, people flying in the air, awesome videos( including a Gimme More Mix of all of her music videos and another erotic, funky, weird heavy metal type video lol), everything!

The highlight of the show had to be when she did "Breathe on Me" and "Touch of My Hand". For the first one she had this crazy/cool outfit on and there were these huge picture frames. And she got in them and they flew up into the air and ahh idk it was so cool. "Touch of My Hand" was the best though,she was blindfolded and she had these two aerialists/ acrobat people form like a bench with their bodies in the air and she was sitting on it and twirling flying up and then they like grabbed her and she went up again and flew around and it's hard to explain lol. but it was so funky and sexy and cool. Loved it!

The show ended with womanizer, duh! and awesome lights and sparklers and amazingness. It was just sooo goood! I'm just having a tough time deciding which concert was better this one or the Onyx Hotel tour one i went to in 2004. This one we had wayyyyyy better seats, there was more excitement bc she has been so out of it for a while and it had alot more going on. But the other tour, i felt like she was more into it with her dancing, i really think it's because she always used to wear like dance shoes but now she is dancing around in super high heels. Don't get me wrong she was dancing awesome, but not like the other tour where she was like dripping in sweat from her crazy dancing lol.

All in all it was magnificent and i want to go againnnn! lol but that won't happen. so whatevss. I am dead tired from being out until 6 AM and then waking up early and having another busy day! whew so im gunna nap or something!

So I'm in Ocala for the weekend, to spend time with my sister, Ericaa. I know, I don't stop, I was only back in Orlando for two days! But yeah, I'm deadd tired!

Today we did this volunteer thing for Steven's work called: Day of Caring.. We went to a home for the mentally disabled and painted and all that, painting is not as much fun as it sounds, let me tell u lol... and we had some yummy bbq, then we came back and got showered then we went to a bowl-a-thon for charity. It was alot of fun! so now im back at erica's house, so tired!

I'm gunna read some more of Club Dead! I'm so into these True Blood books! Thanks Danielle ! :)

Holaaa! Well I always go on LJ but I never post on it lol.. I mainly just read Grey's Anatomy Gossip and get cute icons lol.. but what the heck, I should update since I see Allyson and Danielle have lol, yeah I'm such a follower!

Anyway, I decided to take a longggg weekend and just come home, well I don't have class Monday or Wednesday so I'm only skipping tomorrow lol.. But yeah, I'm so glad I decided to come down. I can't explain it but I'm always in a better mood when I'm home. Gail even noticed once when she came down here, she said i seemed happier here. Maybe cuz I am, who knows... But yeah, it's just knowing that I'm surrounded by my friends, family and just all the people I love, I know I feel safe, even if it's MIAMI not exactly super safe lol... I also love the culture and just everything about this city! Don't get me wrong, I lovee all my friends and roomies in Orlando and I'm so happy I have an awesome group that I know I can trust, but at the end of the day, it gets kinda lonely. So this mini-vacation is EXACTLY what I needed! lol

Sooo many things to talk about! Where to start... Well for starters, school is going well, I've been getting pretty good grades so far and I'm really into my classes. I've started thinking that I really want to get into human rights law, or maybe immigration law, dunno yet.. Also, can I just say, Grey's/ Private Practice = best shows everrr.. I'm so happy Grey's is getting good again! and Private Practice is such a good show! And new President! woot woot! let's hope for manyyy good things to come! Hopefully our economy will get better soon!

This weekend has been nice, I've been spending sooo much time with my family, which I really needed cuz they are the bomb.com!
Friday, I drove down after classes, kissed my mom n jorge hello, pet lucy and then rann to shower and get ready to meet my friends for dinner (yummy cuban food of course) and a late movie (Shopaholic, soo funny, different from the book though).
Saturday, I went with my dad, sisters and Brenda to visit my Abuelo, he is doing okay, he is just kinda losing it so it's hard for him to practice walking, but it felt good to spend all that time with him. Then we all went eat Vietnamese food which was yummy and then we all saw He's Just Not That Into You, which I really liked also. Then I stayed at Dad's for a little and hung out with the girls.
Sunday, I went again with my Dad to see my grandpa for a while and then came home and my mom made a really nice dinner for us and my other grandparents and my mom's cousin.
And then today, I woke up early and went over to my stepmom's house for a delicious Mexican breakfast with my sisters and Isabel (step aunt) and then I was off to the zoo with the girls. Let me tell you, it's been foreverrr since I've been to MEtro Zoo, but it really is an awesome zoo, so yeah now I'm home and dead tired. Probably gunna go out in the jacuzzi in a bit since it's supposed to be chilly out tonite. and then tomorrow I'll spend some time with my grandma and then later my amigas!

I'm having such a nice weekend, I love it :)
And now my hands are gunna fall off :)

yoskii hoeskiis
so it's been a while.. duh i never post on this thing! Anyway I just decided to write about my wonerful day!! I felt so happy all day which is weird cuz im never happy ALL day lol...

So I woke up in a pretty ughh mood.. i need to do laundry so i have no clothes, I was also running late for my test. When I got to school there was no parking b.c of the Obama rally with Bill Clinton and i was mad that i was gunna miss it for this stupid test...

The test was pretty easy i thought.. it was an essay question and seeing as how i wrote like a novel, i think i knew my stuff =)

Okay so then when I go outside I realized that the rally was outside and Clinton was just about to speak, so i ran over and heard him.. he is such an awesome speaker! Everyone was all riled up (how do u spell that??) about Obama.. it was fun.. Oh and I bought a "Knights for Obama" t-shirt... yeahyuh.. so by then I'm in an awesome mood.

Then I drove with Gail to downtown to pick up her car and on the way back we stopped at a Caribbean Supermarket... OMG my favorite place here in Orlando! It's awesomeeee thay have all the stuff we have back home that u can't find here.. and Gail found a bunch of Aruban things... so we pretty much went crazy and bought a ton of stuff. We were so excited.. we r such girls.. getting excited over food lol... so yeah then I just came back home, cooked jerk pork and yuca.. which let me just say that it's not smart putting alot of jerk marinade on the meat.. it was spicccyyyyyy.. lol..

And then to finish my happy day.. I watched my two shows with my roomies: Pushing Daisies and Private Practice! Pushing Daisies was cute and weird as always.. and Private Practice was awesomeee.. i really think this season is going to be better than the first... i feel like the old Seattle Grace Addison is back just now in L.A.. last season i think her character was a little too loose or something.. now she is back to tough but loveable addison lol..

ok well im falling asleep.. just wanted to share my happiness with the lj world before it goes away lol..

wooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! i have internet at work!!! All this time i thought my only interaction with the outside world was the radio (Power 96 baby!) but this old comp has AOL 5.0! I can't go on Facebook but most other things yes! lol, i love how this makes me so happy...

i havent posted in soooo long.. ive been so busy but now im bored at work...

hmmm.. let's see.. this summer has been pretty good!.. Def. not as good as last summer, but close... Our trip to D.R was good... lots of wedding planning, it is gunna be such an awesome wedding, i cnt wait for everyone to see this place it's spectacular... Besides that I've been working at Janelle's dad's office (he is a psychiatrist), so lots of crazies.. it's okay, can get boring but at least i get to practice my Spanish.. no one here really speaks english...I've been spending tons of time with my family, especially my grandma... i take her every week to run her errands.. fun stuff

Of course i've been spending time with my hoeskii's... especially Romi n Stef... Pretty much r together every night lol.. On the weekends we've been either goin clubbin or parties, all that stuff... Lately we've all been obsessed with Scattergories.. especially drunken Scattergories.. good times.. lol.. oh and ever since we saw Sex and the City i bought some of the seasons so we r trying to watch all those.. and we went to go see "Celia"... it's a play that usually play on Broadway but it came to Miami for a while and my Dad got me and my friends tix... it was soo good, the main actress sang JUST like Celia Cruz... it was awesome yet kinda sad.. she was such an amazing person!

But what I'm most looking foward to, is OUR CRUISE!!! We r going on a Cruise this Sunday for 7 days.. It's the Carnival Triumph.. it goes to Half Moon Cay, Bahamas; St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; San Juan, P.R; and Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos.. so excitingg.. I'm going with my best friend Romi and her parents and sister Meli, and my other bff Stephie.. It's gunna be awesome.. Drunkfest 2008.. lol jk.. well maybe... we r all mostly excited for San Juan.. the birthplace of reggaeton! hahah! we r such chongas! lol

OH! this Friday we r going to a Breaking Dawn release party at Books n Books (which is my fave bookstore, such a trendy cute place!) They r gunna have character look-alikes and a red chocolate "blood" fountain, and help plan Bella's wedding etc! gunna be so fun! Can't Wait!

Sex and The City: amazing duh! saw it twice

Forgetting Sara Marshall: hilarious, it wasn't a super
well- known movie but i loved it!

Get Smart: I also loved this one!

Wall-E: umm the cutest robot everr.. so was Eve lol.. great movie with a good message.

Dark Knight: Okay, people r gunna hate me for this... but honestly that movie would not have been thatt good if Heath Ledger wasnt in it... his character was amazing! he def. deserves an Oscar, but as for the rest of the movie, yeah it was good, and i love Batman (always have) but it wasnt AMAZING or SPECTACULAR like ppl said.. i mean i would see it again.. but u get me... lol... the joker was awesome,, loved itt

MAMMA MIA: okay now THIS movie was AMAZING and SPECTACULAR! lol.. i am such a girl, but what can i saw, musicals r my favorite! I had seen the Broadway version of Mamma Mia and it was awesome but honestly the movie was way better, it had more emotion to it.. i saw it three times!!.. the last time i saw it with my mom and she was crying like the whole time lol.. but she loved it too.. everyone has to see it.. i vote it the movie of the year! lol

damn.. i should be a movie critic lol... okay well i think i have written enough, my boss gave me stuff to do, so no more boredom for me! for now at least lol.. Hopefully i'll rem. to post after our cruise!

lmaoooo.. she is gunna be on the new Paris Hilton reality show on MTV... she auditioned for fun and actually got in!! soo funny! She is living in L.A for six weeks....She doesnt tell us details about the show b.c she can't but she did say that she misses us like crazy and that it is weird living in a house full of strangers.... I warned my stepdad that MTV reality shows can get pretty wild, but Erica snt too crazy lol.. i can't wait till it premieres in August!!

so i can't get that song outta my head!! it's so good.. and if it wasn't for the lyrics, i would have it as my myspace song lol... Anyway... whew it's been forever since i've posted on this thing... hmm let's see where do i start... Well i am back in Miami for the summer.. and i have been having a good time, except i really should find a job or something to keep me entertained during the weekdays lol...

let's see... after my last final i went to Gainesville for Erica's UF graduation.. that was booorrringggg and loonnggggg... then i drove back down to miami which was also booorrringgg and loongggg lol... . It felt good to be back home for good... well not for good but a while at least lol...that weekend i went to Gaby's pool party.. it felt good to be back at my old house (currently my stepmom's house) even though it's a little weird that i don't live there anymore, but w.e... then that night was Camilla and Cristinita's birthday party at Cristina's casa which was tonsss of funnn.. i got to see a few people i hadn't seen in foreverrrr... that sunday was mother's day so we had a bbq at my Tio Esteban's house.. it wasn't so much a bbq as it was a FEAST lol.. he is a chef so he cooks like crazyyyyyy...amazing Cuban food!

The next week was pretty uneventful... i really don't remeber what i did... then Erica came to miami and we did some family visiting.. went to see my aunt who just had surgery and my abuelo pepe... that Thursday we went to the Dominican Republic to get Erica's weeding all planned out!!! That was a fun yet kinda stressful trip... weddings are sooo much work!!!! but yeah that was fun, D.R is like my favorite place ever... the people are so fun and nice and the country is beautiful! can't wait for the wedding! So while i was in D.R i almost died without my Grey's! But i got all caught up and the next week i went to ft. laudi daudi to watch the finale with my o-town friends!!! i had tons of fun.. we all stayed at Gen's, watched the finale and went to the beach... real fun.. i just wish i could have stayed longer, but i couldn't because it was STEPHIE'S B-DAY!

On Friday, after running tons of errands, we all went out to Bricks for Stephie's birthday.. it was really fun and we got V.I.P on the roof so it was extra nice! and the view was gorgeous! i missed miami! On Saturday I felt really bad cuz Stephie was calling me all day to get together but i couldn't answer cuz we were planning her surprise Toga party which would be that night... it was tons of fun... she was totally surprised and everyone got pretty wasted... and the toga my mom made me came out pretty good lol.. then Sunday i spent the day shopping with Stephie and running errands for my grandparents.. that night we went to dinner at TuTu Tango and chilled at Avetrani's..

soo i don't really rem. the next week.. oh my dad signed me up to his gym it's called Equinox and it's soooo niceee so ive been trying to everyday.. really hot trainers too lol.... so let's seee, we all got together last Friday to watch Sex and the City movie... it was crazyyyyyyy the line for the theater was out the door and it was all women dressed all nice lol... we couldnt even find parking the whole mall was packed... but thank god we got great seats and it was AMAZING!!!! makes me wanna move to NYC soooo badddd... one day lol.... so yeah then on Saturday i played tennis with my dad n sisters and hung out by the pool and babysat my lil sisters that night... sunday i went to stephie's house for a bbq and MTV movie awards...

whew my eyes hurt... ummm... so then this week has been good so far... i got to hang out with a couple of friends i hadnt seen in a while and that was great and now im home and falling asleep... tomorrow i have to wake up super early and take my grandma to La Roca, which is this supperr chongi grocery store lol but w.e she likes it.. and then i have my cousins middle school graduation and dinner dance.. then this weekend pachanga and clubbing!!! wooo looking foward to it...

it felt good to write, even though i know noboday read this but it's fun to put it out there... anyway i should sleep now! peace out home skillet!

hey hoeskiisss... so i swore i wasn't gunna make this into a "today i did this" type blog.. but screw it.. it's more fun that way... at least it's more fun to write that way anyway lol... sooo i just got back from a long day with my dad n little sisters... had some good cuban food and saw 10,000 BC... not that good... too long.. but kinda interesting.. dunno.. anyway last night was awesomeee... we went to Cameo which is super nice.. prob the nicest club ive been to.. and guess who was thereeee... P.Diddy! lol.. exciting.. i tried to take pics but they all came out super blurry.. but i did take a video.. u can't really see that well.. i shall post it later.. so the weather here is sooooo niceeeee.. it wasnt humid at all today it was gorgeous and tonite it's getting kinda chilly..which is weird but nice even though im not a fan of the cold....so g2g gunna get ready to go out with my amigassss.. not sure what were doing yet.. what else is new!.. but we always have fun =) peaceeeeeeeeeeee

yooo.. so it feels so weird posting on this thing cuz i havent had one since like 10th grade... im not sure wut i'll write about.. i hope i actually keep iit up lol... i need a better userpic.. even though mark n addie r my faves!..ok well im gunna make gen one! =)
